Engagement

There are some sessions that feel effortlessly joyful from the very start—and Meg and Zach’s fall engagement session at Turkey Run State Park in Indiana was exactly that. Between the vibrant autumn colors, dreamy light filtering through the trees, and an incredibly sweet couple, this session was one of those pinch-me evenings.

Turkey Run is hands-down one of my favorite locations for engagement photos in the fall. The towering trees, winding trails, and natural textures create the perfect backdrop—especially when the leaves are at their peak. On this day, the park showed off with rich reds, golden yellows, and warm oranges that wrapped Meg and Zach in the most beautiful, colorful scenery.

These two were an absolute dream to photograph. From the moment we started walking the trails, their connection was so natural—full of laughter, quiet moments, and that kind of easy affection that makes my job the best. They were totally themselves, which allowed for a session that felt relaxed, fun, and genuinely them. The result? Engagement photos that feel authentic, playful, and full of love.
